Parent-Tot Group Lessons $175 (plus tax)
Group class w/ grown up
Ages 6 months - 2.5 years
Our parent-tot small group lessons are so fun and a fan favorite! These classes run for 5 consecutive weeks. This class happens at the same time each week for 30 minutes. Grown-ups and their littles will enter the pool with me and we will move through a variety of introductory water skills and submersions. Each class we will talk about why it's important to do the skill at hand and the goal we are trying to reach with each kiddo. Songs and play will be prioritized in class as well as beginning self rescue techniques. This course is also a great entry into the water before the Dive In Fully 5-day lesson package.
Book your lesson.
Hi there! Welcome to all things Dive In Swim Academy. I offer a variety of lesson packages that will help cater to each child's specific needs. I will create a warm, safe environment for each kiddo to reach their fullest potential in the water with me. Patience and smiles never run low here.
Please note: parents will sit in a separate viewing room, which is imperative for the success of our lessons. This is a crucial step that allows your child to build trust with me and have the best chance to learn the skills required for swim survival.

Get to know ME
Hello! I am Miss Laryssa, I was born and raised here in Coeur dโAlene, Idaho. I grew up on the lake and have been swimming since I can remember. I spent every summer on the water and grew into quite the swimmer. When I am not in the water and in my suit, you can find me on the trails, I am an avid runner! I also love playing instruments, Iโve played guitar for 6 years now and am currently learning how to play piano. Swimming turned from fun to more serious after spending a few months abroad where I started training in lap pools in France. This truly made swimming into a passion of mine, and made me prioritize my education of techniques and self rescue. I have been running my business and working full time as a swim instructor for 5 years now. I was originally trained by a phenomenal swimmer who has been teaching swim to all ages for 40 years. Last year I trained in Infant Aquatics and Survival Rescue to further my skillset. I absolutely adore kiddos and working with them, being able to watch the success of my swimmers is truly unmatched. I am elated to bring my services to the North Idaho community and surrounding areas!
